The AI Chat Assistant lets you manage your entire QiQ Social workflow through natural conversation. Click the chat icon in the toolbar to open it.

How It Works

The chat assistant uses all 25 tools available in QiQ Social — the same ones powering the MCP Server. When you ask something, the AI:

  1. Understands your request
  2. Calls the right tools (listing channels, creating posts, running automations, etc.)
  3. Returns a formatted response

The assistant can chain multiple tools in a single conversation — for example, listing your channels, then creating a post for one of them.

Tips

  • Be specific about the workspace if you have multiple workspaces
  • You can reference previous messages — the chat keeps context within the conversation
  • Use suggestion chips for quick actions — they rotate to show different options
  • Close and reopen — your conversation persists until you clear it
  • Markdown responses — the assistant formats responses with bold, lists, code blocks, and tables

Availability

The AI Chat is available to all users. Each message counts toward your plan’s content generation limit.
