Workspaces

Workspaces are the foundation of QiQ Social. Each workspace is an isolated environment that contains its own connections, automations, posts, media, and team members.

Creating a Workspace

Click New Workspace from the workspace selector in the sidebar. Each workspace requires a name and is tied to your user account.

You can create multiple workspaces to manage different brands, clients, or projects separately.

Workspace Isolation

Everything within a workspace is completely isolated:

  • Connections — Platform OAuth credentials are workspace-scoped
  • Channels — Imported channels belong to a specific workspace
  • Automations — Workflows run within their workspace context
  • Posts — Generated content is tied to the workspace
  • Media — Uploaded assets are workspace-specific
  • Labels — Organization tags are per-workspace

Team Members

Invite team members to collaborate on a workspace. Each member has one of two roles:

RolePermissions
AdminFull access — manage connections, automations, members, and workspace settings
MemberCan create and manage automations and posts, but cannot manage connections or workspace settings

To invite a member, go to Settings > Members and enter their email address with the desired role.

Workspace Settings

Access workspace settings from Settings in the sidebar:

  • General — Rename your workspace or update its configuration
  • Members — Manage team access and roles
  • Billing — View your subscription plan and manage billing through Stripe

Switching Workspaces

Use the workspace selector at the top of the sidebar to switch between your workspaces. The URL updates to reflect the current workspace context.
