Content Guidelines

  • 280-character limit — The AI condenses content to fit within X’s strict character limit
  • Plain text only — No markdown or HTML formatting
  • Hashtags — Include within the post text
  • Links — URLs count toward the character limit (X uses t.co link shortening)
  • Concise messaging — The AI focuses on punchy, impactful copy due to the tight limit

Notes

  • Only one placement type (profile) is available for X
  • Thread posting (multiple connected posts) is not currently supported
  • Media attachments do not count toward the character limit
