Labels & Organization
Use labels to organize and categorize your automations and content. Labels are color-coded tags that help you filter and group related items.
Creating Labels
Create labels from Settings > Labels or directly when editing an automation:
- Choose a name for the label
- Select a color from the available presets
- Save the label
Available Colors
Labels come in 7 preset color themes:
| Color | Use Case Example |
|---|---|
| Red | Urgent or high-priority content |
| Orange | Content in review |
| Yellow | Drafts or work-in-progress |
| Green | Approved or published |
| Blue | General category |
| Purple | Special campaigns |
| Gray | Archived or low-priority |
Using Labels
On Automations
Assign labels to automations to organize them by campaign, client, content type, or any other grouping that makes sense for your workflow.
- Add labels when creating or editing an automation
- Filter the automations list by label to focus on a specific group
- Each automation can have multiple labels
Filtering
Use the label filter on the Automations page to show only automations with a specific label. This is particularly useful when managing many automations across different campaigns or clients.
Managing Labels
From Settings > Labels:
- Create — Add new labels with a name and color
- Edit — Change a label’s name or color
- Delete — Remove labels (they will be unassigned from all automations)
Labels are workspace-scoped — each workspace has its own set of labels.
