Quick Start
Get up and running with QiQ Social in minutes. This guide walks you through creating your first automation and publishing content.
Step 1: Create Your Workspace
After signing up at app.qiq.social , you’ll be prompted to create your first workspace. Give it a name that represents your brand or project.
Each workspace has its own set of connections, automations, posts, and media — completely isolated from other workspaces.
Step 2: Connect a Platform
Navigate to Channels in the sidebar and click Connect Platform. Choose from the available platforms:
- Social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky) — Connect via OAuth or app credentials
- Messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord) — Connect using bot tokens or webhooks
- Blog platforms (WordPress, Webflow) — Connect via OAuth or site credentials
Once connected, QiQ Social will import your available channels (pages, groups, profiles, blogs) automatically.
Step 3: Create an Automation
Go to Automations and click New Automation. Choose an automation type:
- Generate Social Post — Best for creating original social content from a topic
- Generate Blog Post — Best for creating long-form blog articles from a topic
- Social Post from RSS — Best for repurposing existing content from RSS feeds
- Blog Post from RSS — Best for transforming articles into blog posts
Configure your automation:
- Topic — Define what the AI should write about (for “Generate” types) or provide an RSS source (for RSS types)
- Prompt — Optionally customize the AI prompt for content generation style
- Channels — Select which connected channels to publish to
- Schedule — Set when the automation should run (optional)
- Auto-publish — Choose whether posts are published automatically or saved as drafts for review
Step 4: Generate Content
You can trigger content generation in two ways:
- Manual — Click the Generate button on any automation to run it immediately
- Scheduled — Content is generated automatically based on your configured schedule
Step 5: Review and Publish
If auto-publish is disabled, generated posts appear in Posts with a pending status. From there you can:
- Edit the generated content, title, and media
- Preview how the post will look on each platform
- Publish to all selected channels or individual ones
- Delete posts you don’t want to publish
