Connection
Connect Instagram through OAuth via the Meta (Facebook) Business integration. You’ll need:
- An Instagram Business or Creator account
- A connected Facebook Page (required by Meta’s API)

Content Guidelines
- Plain text only — Instagram does not support markdown, HTML, or rich formatting in captions
- Media required — Instagram posts must include at least one image. When using AI generation, images are generated automatically
- Hashtags — Include hashtags within the caption text; there is no separate hashtag field
- Line breaks — Supported in captions for visual formatting
Notes
- Instagram API requires publishing through a Facebook Page connection
- Carousel posts (multiple images) are supported with up to 10 images
- Video support depends on the media type (image/video) in the media array
